- Work
-
Building an AI-first company? That is the work I do.
Enterprise AI, agent systems, and the knowledge-base operating system a company actually runs on. If your team should be running on AI and is not yet, that is exactly where I start.

$1M for Americans, $1,200 for You. They Called It Good.
A flagship AI policy scenario routes the wealth of the whole planet back to one country, pays its citizens a million dollars a year for being born there, and hands everyone else $1,200. It is intelligence colonialism, and its authors call it the good plan.

Europe Is Running on Rented Intelligence
Beijing is moving to wall off its best AI models. The open era is closing, and Europe's real choice is now to build its own intelligence or keep renting its sovereignty.

The AI-First Company Needed a Stand-Up
I built a knowledge system with an answer for almost everything. The thing that broke wasn't the system. It was the meetings. A good memory compounds; it does not automatically keep a team talking to each other, and the gap only shows up after it costs you something.
